 चमन मे फूल,हाथों मे गुलाब रहने दो 

मंदिर का भजन,मस्जिद मे अज़ान रहने दो,

दो ही कौम है ज़िस्की बात दुनिया करती है 

अरे अब तो ये हिन्दू ,ये मुसलमा रहने दो!

 रंगो मे बांट-बांट कर बे रंग सा कर दिया है  

बना दो तिरंगा और पुराना हिंदुस्तान रहने दो|

Flowers in Chaman, let roses be in your hands

Temple hymn, let there be azaan in the mosque,

There are only two peoples that the world talks about

Oh now this Hindu, let this Muslim be!

  By dividing it into colors, it has become like a colorless

Make the tricolor and let the old Hindustan remain.
